I'm about to tell you why I'm NOT the Best Real Estate Broker.
That's crazy! Why would I ever claim to NOT be the Best?
The attitude that is taught is to always be the best.
Here's the deal.
The world doesn't need more false claims and lies about the best of anything.
Have you ever been to the restaurant with the Best hamburgers, the Best green chili, the Best Texas chili, the Best BBQ...blah blah blah...
Whatever, Right?
We see through it. So, here are the top 5 reason's I'm NOT the Best Real Estate Broker...
I don't do the most business.
I don't want to do the most volume of business. I want to serve the clients I have well.
I'm not available 24/7.
I have a life outside of my job that includes my wife, my kids, and my grandkids. I don't make myself available 24/7, just like you're not available 24/7 for your job.
I don't like Open Houses.
Only 12% of homes sell annually during open houses. Open houses are used by brokers to find business from people walking in who aren't going to buy your house. I only hold open houses if my clients want them.
I make mistakes.
I know, I shouldn't tell you this, but I'm not perfect and I do make mistakes. I own them and don't cover them up. I just work towards a solution to fix what I can and do the right thing for my clients.
I hate being salesy.
I know that people are in the market to buy a house or sell a house. My job is to facilitate a sale, not force a sale. I'm sometimes too honest.
This is weird right? Why would I tell you all the things that make me NOT the Best?
Because you're smarter than that. It's a claim that NO ONE can make. It is based on ego rather than empirical data.
I'm just a REAL guy who loves real estate. I love working with people to buy and sell their homes or commercial properties. I've got nothing to prove. I'm not trying to be the broker with the most sales in my market.
My goal is to work with REAL People to provide REAL Solutions to their REAL Estate needs.

If you don't like my approach, AWESOME. There are brokers out there who are happy to do and say whatever it takes to SELL you on why they are the best. I'm NOT that guy.
